During a festive event on the High Tech Campus on Thursday, June 27th 2019, Chromodynamics was awarded a Gerard & Anton Award for being one of the Brainport region’s “startups-to-watch” in the coming years.

For the sixth year in a row, a jury of industry professionals selected 10 startups from the Eindhoven region for holding the most promise for success. The award, which is named after Philips co-founders Gerard and Anton Philips, celebrates the innovative spirit that is being carried forward by the many young high-tech companies in Eindhoven and its surroundings. Previous winners include now well-known companies like Lightyear, Amber Mobility, Manus VR, Smart Photonics, Microsure, and Additive Industries. In fact, according to event organiser Innovation Origins, winning the award indicates a factor 100 higher chance of sustained success than the industry-average for startups. Only 8% of the previous 50 winners have defaulted and, collectively, these companies have raised over 100 million euros in funding and created hundreds of jobs.

Chromodynamics is very honoured and pleased with this recognition. We will work hard to live up to the promise!
